Love Letter to the Undesirable
The word undesirable means not wanted or desirable.
There are numerous reasons for which a person may be considered undesireable. In this article, we will look at the child of Yah and the reason he or she may be seen as unwanted in this present world.
“For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him.” Isaiah 53:2
The verse above, taken from the book of Isaiah, speaks of Yahusha Ha Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah). It tells us that Yahusha himself was undesirable to the world. Better yet, the verse details that it wasn’t his outward beauty that drew mankind to Him, it was what He carried inside that caused the selected few to seek after His presence as He walked this earth those many years ago.
Likewise, if you find yourself undesired or alienated from certain folk, do not despair, it is part and parcel of becoming and/or being set apart. There will be people who distance themselves from you as you seek Yahuah, El Elyon and His Word, His ways. Do not despair, there is a reward for those who diligently seek Him. Yahuah IS our exceeding and great reward. He loved us before the world was. His love fills the heart of mankind with gladness and peace.
“The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.” Psalm 118:22-23
It’s bizarre to think that mankind discarded their own Savior for another being who cares nothing for them, except that they bow to that entity and live out a vain existence in this present realm. That is exactly how it is. A great many people rejected and refused to accept the salvation through Yahusha and instead chose the ram, the goat, the serpent, Azazel, Satan, Lucifer and all that fall with him. They replaced the Lamb with the ram and with that chose condemnation instead of salvation. They seek after the outward man, the man of the flesh, vanity and with it sealed their own fate.
It is indeed sad to see that people would rather choose death than life.
I chose the verses from the book of Psalm to highlight that people chose a being of lesser value because of the present pleasure that he afforded them. If in your life, you find that people constantly choose fleeting relationships, objects, vainglory over you, look to how they treated Yahusha, the very Son of the living Yahuah, and you will see it is the way of carnal man.
Once you are able to see that it is the heart of carnal man that is sick, you will no longer internalize the feeling of lacking desirability. You’ll be able to understand that your value, your presence is not measured by those around you, but by the One who fashioned you, the One who gave you a purpose in this realm. You’ll be able to focus on Him and on His mission.
“Yahuah has appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.” Jeremiah 31:3
Abide in His love, for He desires you. He desires to be with you, always.
