Love Letter to the Wisdom Seekers
In this letter, I must juxtapose wisdom with folly for both are dualities; polar energies, the one lying at the opposing end of the other.
Wisdom is of vital importance at any age. However, fools hate being wise. Wise actions will show a wise head; likewise Folly shows a foolish one.
In this world, there are entirely too many opportunities to be bamboozled and robbed of your life (in all aspects) without ever being aware of it happening. Many people have been psychologically robbed in the company of the foolish, and only when triggered or pained did they realize someone had crept into their “house” unawares.
Ignorance is not bliss.
Never has been and never will be. To the foolish it may be, but not to those seeking wisdom.
“For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the people; but Yahuah will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you.” Isaiah 60:2
This “thick darkness,” ignorance of the knowledge of Truth, causes one to be dimwitted, stupid, and foolish. Circumstances turn more dire when those displaying characteristics of ignorance become so far gone in obstinacy that their self-awareness and conscience is seared. Believing themselves to be wise, they carry around an air of pompous entitlement and wear masks in their dealings with others. They lie and manipulate each other because, of a truth, the foolish and the ignorant are easily controlled; an oxymoron but the case all the same.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you shall be no priest to Me: seeing you have forgotten the law of your Elohim, I will also forget your children.” Hosea 4:6
You can tell the priorities of a nation by observing the ideologies it venerates. If wisdom is held in high esteem, the nation will be a strong one, its people informed by Truth about the reality of their circumstances. Its elders will council together, upholding righteousness, and reforming through guidance or banishing those displaying self-exalting ego and carelessness (detriments to any community).
“…Wisdom is justified of her children.” Luke 7:35
Show me someone with foresight, self-control, humility, and a will to think of the good of others, not favoring prideful self-absorption, and you will see that this person is wise. Wisdom makes you aware of your faults, it enables you to discern where your desires will lead, to what end. It is not overshadowed by compulsiveness and a need to please, but with discipline and an understanding of the essential nature of moral rectitude. In a world where people are being taught to “do what they want,” it is quite obvious that if we all only did what we wanted, this would be a complete world of chaos. There are people who want to commit heinous crimes against others, so telling a population that includes these individuals to “do what they want” is in fact foolish and unwise messaging. Especially, when some of those people are not being guided by good, but by self-seeking, envy and comparison culture, all informed by internal spirits of a diabolical nature.
You who are able to see this, seek a higher mind, a better Way.
If you sincerely seek Wisdom, she shall be found by you. You will lose friends and family along the way, but be of good cheer. You will gain an everlasting family, one walking in Truth and righteousness. Though the journey may be difficult, the rewards are eternal, incomparable. Life will be abundant in foresight, discernment, knowledge of truth, health, wealth, etc.
There is no end to the gifts that will be bestowed upon those loving Wisdom, and seeking Truth.
“Say unto Wisdom, ‘You are my sister;’ and call understanding your next of kin:” Proverbs 7:4
You will be guarded, and kept from all evil. The liars, manipulators, and users will try you, but Wisdom will keep you, understanding will guard you, and the Holy Spirit will continually guide you as you abide in the Word of Yah.
Finally, do not be found in the company of the foolish. Fools love folly and have chosen that way. You cannot be in their company and expect not to affected by them. They have chosen foolishness. Let them alone, because they will eventually resent you.
“He who walks with the wise shall be wise, but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.” Proverbs 13:20
